Welcome to the Meditation zone!
Thanks for joining this ongoing, weekly resource designed to support you in exploring rest and meditation practices and giving you the tools to meet life with more ease, comfort, and peace.
Every 4 weeks, we will explore a new theme. You can access each monthly theme by clicking on the ‘My Account’ button in the main Restful Being menu, signing in, and then reviewing the listed sessions in the account menu.
What you’ll find here
We’ll move through exploring a particular ‘theme’ of meditation each month. As the month progresses, we’ll post the recordings of each session here, so over time there will be a catalogue of practices, talks and approaches for each theme.
We’ll meet once a week via Zoom, on Tuesday evenings at 7pm GMT. Each session will last 1 hour, with time at the end for those of you who want to ask questions, get feedback and share your experience. Each session will be recorded and posted here, for you to review/practice with.

What to expect
The hour-long sessions will typically comprise of:
A short opening meditation exploring the topic experientially.
A brief talk on the topic.
A 30 minute semi-guided meditation on the theme.
time for questions and reflections as part of each session
You’ll find each monthly theme listed with recordings, tips, tricks, thoughts, questions, transcripts etc .
